Here is our quick conversation today:

When you're having trouble sleeping it can be helpful to listen to some calming music
Marconi Union is a personal favorite of mine 🎶
but any song which has a rhythm of 60 beats-per-minute can help you relax
interesting

Of course!

👍

In general, music has the ability to alter our moods
it may be helpful over time for you to make a playlist of your favorite calming and positive songs to help you relax, no matter where you are!
sounds good 😉

I hope this helps you get some rest soon! 💤
thanks Woebot

Looking for safety, protection, being cherished and loved can often be normal unmet needs in childhood, and the survivor searches for these in other adults. This can be where survivors search for mother and father figures. Transference issues in counseling can occur and this is normal for childhood abuse survivors.
