I don’t think conversations with Woebot are of such a nature that they easily lend themselves to ad mining. They’re short and largely in emoji or “I’m sorry you feel that way.” It’s not like you’re telling Woebot how much you crave a Louis Vuitton bag, or Woebot is pushing things like spa visits.

Conversations and clicking on pictures right here on PC are far more likely to trigger targeted advertising—for instance, I get ads, on Facebook and other sites, for adult onesies.
