First day on weight watchers. Giving it a second chance. I came in right at my points. I’m still a little hungry but as long as I can go to sleep at a reasonable hour I won’t eat again. I had eggs for breakfast with a little cheese, tuna with light mayo and tomato soup for lunch, and a chicken and broccoli casserole made with fat free greek yogurt as the base and lots of herbs and spices, and brown rice on the side. Then I had a small serving of crackers and cheese for a nighttime snack.

I made the casserole so I would have lunch for the week so I won’t eat out after group. Hopefully that will save me money as well as funds are running low due to being on unpaid leave. I spent way too much on groceries today bc I went to the expensive store but I needed things that Aldi doesn’t carry and it was far too cold to go two places. I’m going to go to Aldi tomorrow and stock up on fruits and veggies and chicken breast.

I am at my highest weight again, 213lbs. Gained 20lbs in a little over six weeks. That’s horrible. But I’m not going to shame myself for it; it was partly meds and partly depression, it just is what it is. Now that I’m feeling better I can focus on eating better.
