I have two 31 day pill cases that I fill. One for AM and one for PM. I also have a small case that has seven sections that I carry a few extras in. In all honesty I just figure I'd deal with the cops if it ever came to that because otherwise I would always forget my meds or take the wrong ones or double dose, etc.
