My doctor put me on 100mg lamotrigine twice daily and 10mg buspirone at night. He has done away with the clonazepam. Coz clonazepam was not helping me with the panic attacks.

My online bf is doing a lot for me. I think he is sleeping less to be with me on whatsapp though he is saying that he is not being able to sleep well.

I would like to know about your advise about buspirone. Is it a good drug?
