My ex is diabolical at organising anything to do with when he will see our child.

He always leaves it to the last minute, literally the night before saying I'll be round tomorrow at 9am to pick him up.

I told him our sons plans for this month stating the weekends he has plans. I asked him to confirm when he will be seeing him and I've still not heard back. I sent the message on Monday.

This makes me so anxious I could vomit. I never know what's happening until last minute and I'm on edge all the time because of it.

I've tried getting a solicitor to send him letters to get something consistent in place but he just ignored all the letters.

Please help with what I can do, I'm on the brink of tears as I cannot plans our weekend out of fear of he wanting to see our child
