Good. Side effects are much dreaded but not mandatory. For instance, I am taking different meds since 6 years. No problem ever. With a bit of luck you will be just OK. And hopefully have the benefits of the drugs. However, don't get disappointed if the first "cocktail" will not do you good enough. Often it takes adjustments.
