I would find my own psychiatrist outside of the system that the current psychiatrist is in, or, contact my general practitioner and ask him to help with a new referral. If that didn't pan out, I would call someone in current psychiatrists admin department to find out protocol for transferring before approaching the untrustworthy psychiatrist.
