You have a dog? Ok, for those with animals, and those who eat cookies while at the keyboard... you need to buy "canned air" and blow out the stuff that is preventing contact under your keys! You could use a hair dryer, but not with heat... the canned air really is best, has the force to dislodge stuff... I do this every few days in fact....
