Hi, I've had about 10 counselling sessions so far but finding it hard going, especially trying to put things into words so I thought I'd try starting in here. I feel abit selfish as I'm quite new and not responded to many posts on the site yet but please bare with me. Reading your posts on here has given me hope for the future, you show such strength.

I can't remember a time when I wasn't abused, either verbally, sexually or physically. There were alot of people involved, other children aswell which resulted in them commiting suicide.

That's as far as I can go with talking about it as I can feel myself sinking so I'm going to stop there.
