Does anyone have a fitbit, or similar activity tracker, that tracks sleep stages?

I got a Fossil brand activity tracker for Christmas. I wasn't aware that it could track the different stages of sleep until I was playing around with it the other day. A graph came up showing times that I was in light sleep, deep sleep and AWAKE. The awake part startled me.

I shared this with my counselor, because there is a concern for me that I may be "awake" doing things at night and have no realization of it. There are some pretty odd things that have happened, when I was technically asleep. When I saw the graph showing that I was "awake" it disturbed me.

He explained to me that it tracks movement, and it could have just been me moving around in my sleep. He asked me if my tracker tracked my heart rate.

Well, I've played with it some more today and it does not.

I also went looking for one that did track heart rate while you are sleeping. So far I haven't found one.

Does anyone have knowledge of an activity tracker that tracks your heart rate while you are asleep?

I'm looking for one of the ones that you wear on your arm during the day and at night while you are asleep that has that capability.

Thank you!
