I understand. Depression is awful. I have this one friend, no matter how many times I tell him about me and depression, he tells me to “think positive” and to not think about certain things. And it’s weird since he also suffers from mental illness, though it’s GAD and not depression. It makes me feel less of myself. But there are good people out there. My main and only friend at the moment understands, as she’s dealing with the same thing. You just got to find the right person to tell.
