You have already admitted that taking slim fast will likely take you down the road of your eating disorder so really why do it. Eating real food when you have an eating disorder is important. Maybe cereal isn't enough, since you are still hungry afterwards. Add a slice of toast or something. It really does sound like your husband is concerned. And you know that your perception is skewed. So you feeling fat does not necessarily mean that you are fat. You also have to watch exercising with the intent of losing weight when you have an eating disorder. Take walks with your husband or do yoga to feel more grounded in your body. Do the things that you know are good for you and not those that feed the eating disorder. I wish the best for you.
