I have a new idea for a thread (a positive thread)
the idea of this topic is to post (every day if you want, or every week) what ever works for you personally, 5 things you've done to make you feel good about yourself at that time- so in the day, or in the week, etc
so, fab 5's for today:
-survived the first week of the new year despite getting very depressed over it
- not self harmed
- watched 2 episodes of the middle and cried with laughter!
- emptied out my emails
- posted this thread (I think it is a great thread!)
