Soooo.... I forgot my Temazepam before going to bed on Wednesday. I fell asleep though but woke up at midnight and wouldn't fall asleep again. It was around 3am before I realized I forgot to take the pill but at this time I didn't want to take it. I ended up calling in sick anyway after not sleeping all night and feeling awful.
