I've noticed that its still -not- ok to have psychosis, even in Bipolar-land. Thing is, personally, I'm prone to psychotic depression. My Bipolar I started with recurrent episodes of psychotic depression, then I had a lil switch-a-roo into psychotic mania in my early 20s.

I'd say psychotic depression is the most prominent feature of my Bipolar I. The hypomania, the rare manias...far more enjoyable, but also far less frequent.

Anyone else get this?
