I have a question about insurance for BP meds... (U.S. only)

Why do I have stuff on my receipt that says HRA (Health Reimbursement Account) and FSA (Flexible Savings Account)? I don't have an FSA. I signed up for a copay plan and my insurance card certainly didn't change... so why am I seeing HRA and FSA on my BP meds?

I see "FSA RX" next to all of my prescription identifications.

Do I need to contact someone about this? My insurance card DEFINITELY says copay. I'm looking at the card right now.
