Just finished Level 1 of Jillian Michael's Beginner Shred. I wanted to choose something a bit easier to ease back into regular exercise. It was only 24 minutes total, but it felt like I got a solid total body workout in. It's also very easy to modify the moves to make them tougher, which I did for a few things that were too simple.
