communication with my son can be extremely activating. he's travelling the world after graduating and having what sounds like a good time staying in hostels and getting to know and travel with other people. he's in nice warm places instead of stuck at -30C...

so he texted me last night that he has only one card to get money from and that card has stopped working... so what am i supposed to do about it. i worry about him anyway and i'm a worrier and that added stress bumped me over my ability to sleep threshold so i had to take an olanzapine and lyrica to fall back asleep.

he turns my worry machine up a few notches. i heard those rapid texts in the middle of the night and new it was him and wasn't good news. otherwise i rarely hear from him except a few times he sends some photos and stories of his travels.

so the rexulti at 2 mg a day is not enough. i'll have to talk to my pdoc next week about all this.
