I checked the clubhouses in Tokyo and it seems one has to be Japanese and speak Japanese to join. So, that would exclude me.
just a thought here... your past posts say you have mental health treatment providers (pdoc and others). they will know what mental health support groups there are in your location and be able to tell you which ones are for English speaking people with mental disorders...

another thought... the embassy for what ever country of origin you are from... example if I was in Japan I would go to the american embassy, they will have all kinds of resources for american's in Japan.

if you are working in Tokyo/ Japan your boss with also know of all kinds of places like community centers, entertainment and so on for English speaking persons. once you find these places you may find someone there like a customer service rep that helps find resources for English speaking people.

your medical doctor in Tokyo will also be able to point you in the right direction of what mental health resources there are for an English speaking person....
