I have enough education about these subjects, I made a note in my OP that I recognize not all these conditions are a result of trauma. Again, not the point of the thread--it's getting it off track.

It's not one single word that I'm focused on. Your original post covered a range of issues, and spent a whole paragraph dedicated to this. But thank you for the clarification in your thinking. As I said, I agree that new descriptors are needed for those diagnoses.
