I hear a lot of people suffer depression severely first thing in the morning. Many of them have brain chemistry induced depression. Mine started with situational depression ... and dark, lonely, empty evenings are really not good for that. I've often wondered if there's a correlation there with the timing between the two types.
Oh wow. I had total drama morning depression before I started taking my AD. I didn't know that about chemical / morning VS situational / night depression.
Where did you hear that?
