That was a very interesting article and video.
They talk about social jet lag and I can relate to it very easily.
Mine is not really “social” but more of what’s going through my mind on a given night.
Some nights there have been things going through my mind that day and I HAVE to have the space to sort it out. Life with a job and family makes it hard to find that time until everyone is in the bed and I can find quiet and my journal.
That may result in me going to bed at 1, 2 or sometimes 3. My mind is unloaded in my journal and then I can go to bed.
I see that I almost immediately go into a deep sleep. Sorting this out, on the nights that I have more troubling things going on internally, I have more “awake” time during the night that I don’t remember.
That is my main concern right now. I know that it could be me just restless sleeping, but without going into detail, things have happened that make me very curious and a bit concerned about what happens during those times.
