Rapid cycle and frequent mixed episodes.
A 2nd mood stabiliser was added last nov/dec when I was in hospital. So, I am now on Lithium, Epilim and Seroquel (both types) with prn diazepam (that rarely gets used).

I feel soo normal. My head is switched on and functioning. I really hope I can maintain it.
