Cornish hens? I like them but my husband doesn't like anything with "bones" he has to pick though; he doesn't do any meat with lots of bones (or chicken becuase his ex-wife only served chicken all that marriage (nearly 20 years) and he kind of got tired of something he kind of didn't like in the first place? So, I only serve boneless breasts and then, only occasionally. But I like dark meat so we clash there anyway.
