Ok so I'm struggling with a bit of a problem. My goal is to go to the gym 15x this month of January. I have gone 0. I got the idea from my gym's holiday exercising initiative and raffle, where you'd go to the gym 15 times, and then enter to win a prize, within a certain time frame.
If anyone has ideas on how to get myself to go, I'd be so happy. I could google it too. So please don't feel like you have to go out of the way if you can't think of anything. I'm just struggling with resistance. I'd be thrilled to find a way to get myself to go.
I think ...other parts of my life influence my attitude towards the gym, too. I planned to go today, but there was something else really hard I had to do (socially), and didn't, and then I was disappointed in myself, and it made going to the gym harder.
