Wow. i never knew there was such a thing as nicotine poisoning. she must smoke loads!

All i can think of is searching the internet for places that deal with it, or maybe contacting her doctor directly if possible and telling him of your worries. Sorry I'm not much help in this, but i dont know anything about it lol.
