I walked a little today. I have not been motivated enough to go to the gym. I called my local Y and asked if they have a indoor walking track. They do not because there’s a park near them that has an outside trail. I’m not comfortable outside walking on a trail. There is another Y that has an inside track but it’s like a 30 minute drive. I weighed myself and I did not gain any weight over the holidays.
Starrysky - I read that if you get your clothes for the gym ready the night before it helps get you in the mood to go. I hope Google can give you more answers.
