My counselor and I looked at a chapter in Coping With Trauma-Related Dissociation tonight.
He is very agreeable to work through the exercises with me.
He is truly awesome!
There is one chapter that is hitting Home with me right now. It’s a chapter on The Phobias of Attachment and Attachment Loss.
That feels to be really loud and real to me where I’m at right now, and I’m wanting to find a book/workbook specifically oriented towards that subject.
If anyone knows of one, I would value the reference. It’s late and I haven’t had a chance to look into it. I just thought I’d put it here.
