After the way i felt yesterday, I took the 100mg instead of waiting to slowly up it each night. Right now i'm okay. Sitting down, drinking some iced coffee, no anxious feeling or mood swings going on. Just a constant biting at my lips. I'm pretty much eating them raw. Well, i guess i kinda have a bit of a little nervous feeling going on. Getting ready to do some washing and probably give Bayou a bath.
