Shaymus, try to stay in your body and let the feelings pass. Do active things when your mind is making you crazy. Pick up something to do that will distract you. Exercise. I am sorry this is happening and i wonder if "they" are indeed correct, pot is messing with your mind and when it's gone you will start feeling better. Now, this may sound really weird and I haven't ever seen it written but ginger relaxes me. I drink it in hot water. Good luck bud.
