I get you on the female therapist thing. Chatty and because I was a health professional always ended up telling me about all their medical issues.
Regarding issues with going back into your past:
With my last psychologist/therapist my psychiatrist actually called her and said ‘please don’t perform an archeological dig on this patient.’
Maybe when you do find new people you can get your current team to bring them up to speed.
