You have to stop torturing your self. You seen what needed to be done and you did it. Do you think the patients you had at that time would have gotten the care they needed if you stayed? Do you think your family would have kept going the way things were if you stayed in practice? Stop blaming your self, like me with my Daughter, I made the best decision I could at that time in my life.
