Yes, I was wondering that too. In my state you can record with only one party's knowledge. Do you think that applies to video too? In the psych hospital I watched the nurses rewind a tape of a patient in the common room and watch it. I had a job where my eventual boss told me they had all listened to the interview tapes.

I would never want a therapist or any doctor for that matter--but especially a therapist--recording me. It seems like an abuse of power to me.
