Latuda takes a few weeks. My pdoc had to keep tweaking my dose. I had the worst depression and suicidal thoughts when i first started on it. But thats all gone away and Ive been on it for 4 weeks now. I feel pretty good now. Only side affect I have is nasty stomach and super tired in the evenings. Both go away after a bit.
