That's interesting--T and I were talking last session about how I could better arrange my schedule (I work freelance from home) so that I'm less stressed and can also get more done. He shared how he makes schedules every day. And that he tries to schedule clients for the times of the day when his mind is working best and he's most alert. He also does some (professional) writing and said he tries to fit that in during his more alert times as well (he doesn't fully book his schedule with clients). He said he might use other, less sharp, times to, say, run to Target or do more mundane tasks. I've been trying to rearrange my own schedule so it's like that--I'm really not a morning person at all (even though my daughter tries to make me into one!) Seems to be helping so far.
