I had a very strict mother when it came to clothing and other choices that made things socially difficult for me in highschool. My math instructor realised this and intervened with my mother on my behalf. Things were rough I admit with my mom after this but the problem stopped.
My parents would definitely be so pissed if I did that. They already know that no one else besides me is dressed like that. I wouldn’t even know what to say, I feel like it would be weird if I told my counselor “Hey my parents make me wear these winter clothes, can you tell them to stop?”
