well ok, i get a clearer sense of the environment around how things tick from someone who knows....

its a massive industry, bound to be mis-communication, conflict of interest, opinionation, divisions....

i could draw a co-relation to a business that stands in its own way to progress in that the seperate departments each take their own interest as being primary....

too much going on in every direction and without a main arbiter there is only chaos..

so the current models are reviewed periodically i would guess? or, is it rather, still in growth and adaptations with an attending body?
