Ohhh, "real" shepherd's pie! I bought a "box" of rabbit once, frozen. I'd been reading too many English novels with gamekeeper's families in them, LOL. I made rabbit stew. But, there were too many bones in the rabbit and I had decided to take them out after they cooked and they were just too hot to handle so it didn't come out the way I wanted

I guess I'll stick my two steaks in the crock pot with some gravy, have me some kind of "pot roast" sort of deal eventually. Ho, hum. What kind of potatoes should I have; boxed au gratin/cheese, mashed, baked?
