Simple actions of my body / limbs sometimes helps re-orient me... so I try to just get up and move, clean the bathroom, fold laundry... It's actually really hard to do those things, but I notice/attend-to my limbs moving and I think it helps some.

So it had me wondering whether others have effective responses for dissociative episodes. Like maybe jogging, or something. I think my new therapist said something about drinking a large glass of cold water... but maybe that was for anxiety.

Does anything help you?
