think this has been happening to me i live most of the time in other worlds or other places sometimes i cant tell what is real and what is not sometimes i think my husband is apart of my delusion , i cant tell what is real right now i know am sitting in my living room at the pc with music playing and my husband on mine craft with one of my cats sitting on his lap yet i also see other animals and people some of them friends unsure if my friends are real its getting so confusing and i cant tell what happening my husband says i need to come back to now try grounding myself unsure if that will work
