I bought some organic chocolate chips, they got delivered today. Bittersweet so you cant just gobble them down.
Do you do that quarter plate carbs, quarter plate protein, half plate veg?
I assume they assume we get another plate for dessert, right?
I havent started my gnocchi diet yet. I just cooked and bagged ground turkey portions. My basic meals are oatmeal + yogurt + nuts + seeds + fruit, tuna + bread, and either cooked veg or a big salad. But sometimes i get bored / hungry and order out or eat peanut butter and stuff. My weight has been maintaining for about a year now i think, so at least im not gaining. Much.
