I don't do well at interviews either. Even internal ones where i work now, the interviewers know me and know I'm a good employee. I don't get it either! my work speaks for itself, y'know, so it's obviously something i do in interviews that scares them off. the only reason i got this new position at work that i started at the end of october is because the hiring manager didn't interview anyone - he knew all of us that applied well enough, and just picked the ones he wanted without interviewing any of us. i'm sorry it's difficult for you, too.
