so I haven't done this but it's been a very rough past day and a half for me. usually it is just me myself who fights thru this, alone.
I laid down a while ago and tried to sleep but just couldn't! so I've been up the whole night. my mind is having a REAL hard time with all the negative thoughts.
so I'm awake, sitting at the computer, listening to some positive music and playing spider solitaire.
anyone got any advice???
