I have been taking Omega-3 supplements (fish oil) for close to ten years on the advice/direction of an internal medicine physician. In my
personal case, my "n=1 study," I have to say I cannot discern any effects, positive or negative, this supplementation has had for my depression. It is
possible, however, the supplements have had a general health benefit.
