I went to a yoga class yesterday. It was (apparently!) intermediate..they were doing headstands! But the teacher also gave some modifications I could do, and I sat in the back. I think I'mma go back to beginner. No shame in that. Intermediate really wasn't that hard sans the headstands. It was just a faster pace.
I'm watching a v-log on Facebook right now. It's by Gretchen Rubin, who has written about happiness and habits in books. She is talking about quitting sugar. Its pretty inspiring. She's talking about how you don't really lose weight from exercise, but from diet change. And she recommended a book by Gary Taubes, about healthful eating, which I totally put on hold at the library.
