I don't have control over browser versions or clearing a cache or cookies. They disable those features. Users can't access those menus at all.
All I can do is try both IE and Firefox. Also rebooting. It doesn't work. I don't know what operating system it is, and even the librarian doesn't know. I just know it's Windows but not the latest version. When logging on, you can't tell what version Firefox is or whatever, because of the way they set up the desktop.
FYI, for some reason, the emojis won't work either. It's the same for either browser. For now, I'll do a generic one then. :-(
