Appointment was a no go. I called their offices this morning three times. Their phone system is you in queue and you wait up to 15 minutes before it flatly hangs up on you. The third try on, I left a message. They can figure it out or go figure something else out. I'll call back around 4, maybe, if I don't find somewhere else (better, more available) to go.
