I get the same way when I’m snowed in. Even if I had planned to do nothing but sit around all day, the fact that I CAN’T go anywhere drives me crazy. Two years ago we had about ten inches of snow and I ended up hiking a mile to the convenience store just to have something to do and get the hell out of my house. It was actually pretty fun but it was exhausting! A lot of people hadn’t shoveled yet so it was a real hike through the snow.

It doesn’t help that my neighborhood is one of the last to get plowed. This last snowstorm we only got about five inches but I was afraid I would get stuck. The storm was on Thursday, they didn’t plow until Friday at like 8pm. I was going nuts!

I hope you can get out soon. The storm Inga is coming my way but we are only supposed to get an inch or two where I live.
