I called. At twelve minutes of holding someone answered. Then, put me on hold again. Same person answered again. Gave my info. Hold again about 3 minutes. Same person. Gave info yet again. Next appointment is in April. Eff that. I need available doctors.
I said "You work in the worst office anywhere. Appointment times are always forever away. I'll be long out of medicine by then. I'm supposed to die waiting?"
"I'm sorry sir, maybe if you called earlier today..."
Are you kidding me?
"I did. Your phone system hangs up when I'm on hold over 15 minutes." I then said "I think I'll schedule an appointment at a real office, not whatever the you pretend to be."
I then hung up the phone before I started to cuss at them.
